Smile Best Practice / Info for New Zealand

    HI all,

I am in desperate need of some advice on various things regarding moving to New Zealand so please help in any way you can.

I am trying to convince the wife to move to NZ at some point in the next couple of years and although she is happy with the idea of it all, she wont do it without finding out many points etc detailing the standard of education etc.

Firstly – Visas – neither of us are on the skilled migrate list for our current trade so I need to consider other options – lets face it there is so many and it does get confusing once you have stared at the screen for so long!!!!

What do you suggest?? Is it better to approach trusted companies for vacancies or shall we go on a working holiday visa?? I will add that ultimately this will be a long term venture and not just a 12 month holiday etc.

Education - we have a little girl who will be reaching school age by the time we ideally would like to go, what is the education system like there? Is there any website you recommend reading?

These are a couple of questions I have at the moment so with running the risk of boring you too much I will sign off, but all advice is very much welcomed

    Thank you in advance

Dont worry about it. Ive used the live chat on visafirst.com
Its an easy way to get answers you need on the visa you need in work as its just like msn rather than pick up the phone and chat in work
