Thread: Cooktown

Just got back from a great weekend in Cooktown. It was the Festival of Captain Cook's first landing in Australia in 1770. They did a re enactment which was brilliant, they had shows, fair rides/stalls etc. Last night was wonderful sat on the edge of the ocean watching the belly dancers/flame throwers, followed by the band and fireworks. I love it up there. I will post a few photos once I have caught up but here are a few for now.

re the 1st pic? be honest, have you photo-shopped it? (is it "through my eyes") or is the sea really purple there

I can pinky promise I haven't touched the photo and it was taken on my I Phone, I'm really impressed, Rob used the expensive camera and I am sure he will share some shots with you later but they ain't as good as mine lol x
The 2nd night we didn't get the purple sob x

Ps I have no idea how to use photoshop haven't even got a photo editor on my phone or pc.
