    Loving Hawkes Bay, New Zealand

Well - finally landed in NZ on 22nd October and havent looked back since.
We have both got jobs - our son is in school, we have bought cars and a house all in ten weeks arrrgggghhh!
We also managed to fit in Xmas and New Year ha ha ha LOL
Thanks to everyone for the advice whilst we were stuck in UK - it is such a stressful/worrying time when you are selling your house.
Sat here looking at the sun thinking what a great decision.

Happy New Year - good luck fo 2009

    Thanks Tim,

My hubby had a job offer as a glazier before we left. Took me a few weeks to get my job - exporting wine all over the world. That was due to the interview process - I used a employment agency. I was a bit worried when we first got here - but things just fell into place.
Been here 4 months and we love it :)

How does it compare with the Uk interms of culture? NZ being another "island nation"
