Am not too sure why Ophidian and I have been highlighted here with our input to the thread?? - Explanation would be good. I can quite categorically state that I have said NOTHING that would constitute as a derogatory or detrimental opinion. Ophidian and I have shared constructive pm's in the past so we are not at loggerheads with each other. As this is an open forum I just stated that I disagreed with his comment which is what this is all about so long as it's not offensive which I don't feel my thread was. We are allowed to disagree so long as it's in a constructive manner. I don't believe in cyber bashing. I just wished to put my point of view across which I felt I did to an acceptable degree. I have no odds whatsoever with Ophidian and hope that he shares my assessment of what the forum is all about and I'm sure he does. If however Ophidian has taken offence to what I have stated, I apologise but there was no malicious or personal attack intended. He is entitled to his opinion, just as we all are!! I refuse to abstain from a debate if I disagree with what someone is saying and I'm mature enough to know how far to go without rattling any cages.

Oh ......... by the way ................... the weathers still crap here in the uk, middle of August and just a handful of sunny odd days since May ............. whats it like over there in OZ i can imagine your winters better than our summer ...............

Its not flooding here though we did have some heavy rain for the first time in months yesterday

You must admit though that it seems like every time you read the news some town in Australia is under water (or is it just me)

I agree seems the same to me..(In the East) The West seems drier

The weather is really lovely today, its only about 21d but theres very little wind, still nice enough to sit in the garden....nights cooling down quite nice to get the slippers and pjs on after dark....Autumn is well and truly here in Perth. I hear from my Pom relatives that the weather is shocking at the moment but its only April, June is usually a nice month for a bit of sun
