They are nice shots, most of the smart phones today will take very good photo's outdoors in natural light, they only seem to suffer indoors under artificial lighting. They are really nice Kate.

To be honest they are to pix elated for me, they look great on the I phone but on here they are crap. Next time I'll take the big camera and get some better ones.

Well that is the real limitation of these phones, the photo's they take are ideal for 6x4 prints and website use. When you think that the RAW images I take are 25mb and can be easily blown up to 4 feet square. They look fine on here to be honest.

Those shots are amazing. I love the top one, Cairns is spectacular. I used to take all of our pics on my phone and got some great shots, the difference is like what Chris says they dont enlarge well do they.

Sometimes you get a perfect shot with the I Phone, I can remember posting some a while back and Aldo accused me of editing them which I hadn't, but then other times they look so washed out. I mean look at the difference between the 2nd and 3rd ones to the others

The camera in a phone can't compensate for lighting like a dedicated camera can so it is often pot luck when taking a photo. If the conditions are just right then the shot will be fine but as soon as the conditions become challenging the phone camera can't cope.
