I have just started the process of the Visa PR application, I have been told it will take anything from 28 - 39 months-- is that true?
I guess so as you say you have been waiting for 2 years!

Can you tell me more about your entire process? Did apply from outside Canada or from within? did you have to go back to your country of residence to have an interview or did you go to Buffalo? Anything tibits of info would be very useful. I am looking at Vancouver this year and I want to know the easiest and cheapest way. Many thanks and congrats

We are two months into the process of applyihng for PR to BC, we were told by a lady from the Canadian High Commision at this years Emigrate show that some applications are being fast tracked now but reading your posts this may not be the case. We have also applied for Temp work and residency visa's. But I am concerned that when these run out we will havge to leave Canada if the PR hasnt arrived? How long have you been waiting?? how have you found the process.
