Thread: Offering on property in Spain

Hi all, newbie here

My husband and I are looking at rural properties in Murcia, Spain that we can buy as a project and do some work on.

If a property is listed at 150k Euros, what would be a reasonable offer to make on the property? From your experiences, how does the general process of buying a property abroad differ?

I haven't bought in Spain so can't really help, but the way the market is going I would first go in with a very cheeky offer and work your way up, you have nothing to lose. I know Cal and Also have/had property in Spain so they may have more idea than me.
