    Part ex-change UK -Thailand

I own four different brand new properties on the beautiful sun drenched island of Phuket in Thailand. All are situated in the sought after area of Laguna Phuket.
Each property is superbly designed and built and two have private pools and two have large communal pools.
I am looting to swap two of this properties for similar priced properties in the UK, anywhere considered.

All have at least three bedrooms three bathrooms and the properties are valued at 320,000, 380,000, 395,000 and 1,150,000 sterling.

If you have an interest in any of these properties please let me know and I will send you all the details and photographs.

Mmm not quite so sun drenched this afternoon though was it? Monsoon time approaching but it makes a change from all this boring sunshine doesn't it?

Interesting idea Tony. I've seen a number of Brits on other forums looking for somewhere cheaper for retirement and this sounds like an excellent scheme in view of the difficult market in the UK at the moment. Best of luck.

Yes, our garden has perked up quite a bit too. You do find that the weather can be quite localized though. We're down in the south of the island, had some pretty hefty downpours during the night and early this morning but now it's sunny again. Temperatures came right down though. Err, for the Europeans reading this, I mean down to about 28 degrees.
