Thread: Rare species of bird seen again in Spain

Just got back from the shop after being shocked to see not one but two cranes looking magnificent against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. I'm just hoping they where a breeding pair.
The same week i also saw another rare animal I haven't seen around lately - the camionus hormigonus (ready mix lorry).

Sounds like construction is up and running again in your area?

I don't think we will ever see the likes of what we saw in the 90s and early 2000s which isn't a bad thing IMO but I've noticed some new luxury villas going up in the area which suggests that the wealthy still have confidence in the area as an investment.
