    Spain's Fiestas

Some amazing photographs of some of Spain's summer celebrations. I know Spain lets it's self down with its attitude towards animal rights but these are some fantastic pictures and well worth a look.

Spain is a beautiful country lots of character which I like. Love the photos x although I wouldn't let my baby lie there whilst some clown jumped over them. Oh and I agree I hate bull fighting but it was nice to see the bulls getting even ;)

The animal rights issues are my biggest problem with Spain and it would stop me fully enjoying spending time there unfortunately.

While I agree that the bullfighting isn't something I would personally go and watch, I can respect that Spain has that particular tradition and there are some people that enjoy it.
As we allowed foxhunting with dogs in the UK until a few years ago, I don't necessarily think that we were much better

Some things I can seperate, and while I may not agree with those things (such as bullfighting), it's part of what they do, and it wouldn't stop me enjoying living there.

As to the argument of whether it's barbaric or not? That's another point althogether.. and if you want to raise that as a seperate topic, feel free to do so. ;)

Nice country for a visit. Time the practice was outlawed. No sympathy for any idiot bullfighters that are gouged.

Tell me Aldo, how do Spain's Fiestas compare with say, British ones? Aside from the obvious steering wheel being on the left
