I am thinking to invest in a small property (1-2 BHK in any apartment) in Dubai to get free of increasing rentals all over Dubai. Can someone please advise what precaution one should have before buying property in Dubai, I am interested to invest in off plan properties by Emaar Properties or any other reputable & trusted building developer in UAE.

Please guide with following We can get the current market rate of such area like Dubai Marina, What is the pre & post task for purchasing apartment? Which bank can give me the best interest rate on Apartment loan? Does under construction properties have interest on loan or is it interest free? Sorry for asking all questions together but I am really not aware with property matters & never bought any apartment yet, Please share your past experience & knowledge here. Cheers
