Post How to find a school in New York?

    Hi everyone,

I will be taking part in a cultural exchange as part of my work in the arts and if all goes to plan travelling to New York to work for 3 months with a youth media organisation.
As a single parent of a 9 year old child I need to make sure that whilst there my son has a happy and memorable experience. I have considered having him home educated for 3 months but I would prefer that he could have the opportunity to go to a school for 3 months as a "guest". So far I am not having much luck finding out if this is possible and I only seem to be able to find schools that require huge fees which I certainly don't have the money to pay. My job in the arts is not well paid and I cannot afford to pay large tuition fees for 3 months.
Does anyone know any information that may be of help ?
