      Ktee just been chatting on Yahoo with a guy I know in NYC and he's so frustrated with the flooding that he's actually about to embark on digging a hole in his floor and placing a pump in there - he said nothing else to do. Major task or what?

      I put a few "sumps" in peoples garages in Spain, they're a good idea.
