Hope you all stay safe, we had a Cat 5 at the beginning of the year and it wasn't fun.

Ktee just been chatting on Yahoo with a guy I know in NYC and he's so frustrated with the flooding that he's actually about to embark on digging a hole in his floor and placing a pump in there - he said nothing else to do. Major task or what?
