Leasing a car in the US (no credit rating)

We are looking into leasing cars once we moved and my husband's company gave us the brochure for Expatrides.
Does anybody have any experience with them?
How hard/expensive will it be to just organise it with a dealer?
Expatrides charges $995 inception fee which I would like to avoid, as obviously I don't get anything for that money
I know there are always 0% finance, $0 downpayment ads around but usually they are only for the AA credit rated peeps.

    Any shared experience appreciated.
