but isnt death the easy way out for the criminal...after all they know nothing about it after the event. I'm for hard labour and harsh treatment for any criminal that hurts other human beings in whatever way. The justice system is a joke.

But the criminal has took it upon his self to judge what the outcome of his victim was. It isnt something that should be done on a whim but when jails are bulging at the seams then IMO all prooven serial murderers should recieve the death penalty.

Yeah, spot on, does the criminal care about his victim, only when his smart arse solicitor tells him to play the remorse card, works every time.

Unfortunarely we are putting the rights of criminals ahead of protecting the public as the civil liberties brigade take pity on them.

The problem with that is they dont get hard labour or harsh treatment anymore. It would be a totally different ball game if you saw them chained together walking the streets litter picking but alas theyre tucked up in their comfy cells playing on the playstation buying smokes and weed off the screws half the time, lol

I know...thats the problem. The whole system needs a radical overhaul. They do chain gangs in the US dont they? Thats what Id like to see in the UK and here. Make them work their b*** off till theyre bleeding and sore. Im talking murderers and rapists here. Thats gotta be better justice than an easy way out. Half of the real sick b's do themselves in anyway! Its what they want.

When Gary was here in 1988 they had the chain gangs in Broome, shame it isnt still happeneing all over.
