    a example to us all......!

The eight-year search for Daniel Morcombe has turned up only some of his remains and yet his parents still consider themselves lucky to have found anything at all. I have watched the heartbreak anguish and strength of this couple over the years,it happened not far from where I lived. They have shown a strength of character to be applauded, over a nightmare most couldn't even imajine. "It's sad news because we'd always hoped we'd find some more of Daniel, but we really appreciate the extraordinary efforts by the police, the SES, volunteers and the public," Mrs Morcombe told AAP.May they now have closure.

The "not knowing" must be awful, so many people go missing every year and never get seen again. The pain it must cause to their loved ones must be excruciating.

An awful situation for any parent to have to face. My heart goes out to them.
