Shouldn't be too hard for them to figure out then, T. They should just plug a different hard drive in and if it works then it's good, if not then they start somewhere else.
It's hardly rocket science. I mean even I've bought and replaced a hard drive in a few minutes rather than getting someone at a puter store to do it.

Start shouting at them T, a hard drive prob shouldn't take weeks to fix. :realmad:
