These are the REAL Londoners, not the tiny minority of thugs and scum trying their best to destroy it which of course they will never do as they can't break the British bulldog spirit.
In a strange way there could end up being a real silver lining to this, it shows that social media can be used for good and not just bad. It seems to be really pulling genuine Londoners together, good on 'em.

I agree, so smug about it, almost like patting eachother on the back "isn't it great that we moved to Aus, how clever are we, I told you so" blah blah blah. Any reason to justify their move, whatever, just move on.
Riots happened before in the Uk, and then the country moved on..... as it always do.
50 year pay freeze, 200% youth unemployment, £600 a month for electricity. ;)
14 months of grey and miserable weather, 13 months of freezing cold.
Need bullet proof vest when stepping out front door, kids intoxicated on cider, everyone's house is to be repossesed, all schools and unis to be closed.....

I just watched a wonderful video on the BBC news website showing people from all over London helping to clear up after the riots, people were commenting on how it has bought the communities together and made them determined to not let the scum get away with it.
