Hi ML, yes I'm still here, apparently I am having trouble selling our house even though it isn't on the market yet

Things are just taking longer than anticipated which is usually the case.

Lol, i remember saying 6 months ago we would have this up for sale soon but just never seem to find time to get it in showhouse condition,lol, as soon as ive minted up one room its trashed before ive finished another,lol. The house 3 doors down sold 2 weeks ago ,so we said cool lets do it, then bugger me within 48hrs the one right across the road went up,lol. Prices have dropped but houses seem to be selling so fingers crossed as soon as you do get it on you wont struggle to get a sale.

Thanks, we so so too. Houses around here are still selling pretty well IF the price is right, it seems that some are hanging on for prices from a year or so ago.
