    Thumbs up The Recipe Club

Heres a recipe i just invented. Turn borning old beans on toast into a delishous meal that's full of beefy goodness

    Ingredients:

    Tin of Baked Beans
Two slices of bread (brown or white is recommended)
1 generous tea spoon of bovril (if you are vegetarian you can use marmite)
    Butter

    Method:

    Toast Bread
place beans in bowl and microwave for 2 mins, remove from microwave and stir in the bovril.
Butter the toast and add the bean /bovril mixture to the top side of the toast.
    serve on a plate.

Enjoy and please share your favourite recipes with us here on BA

Sounds like a recipe for when the cupboards running dry and you're forced to into some impromptu improv.
Surely, marmite should read vegemite as well

due to the success of this thread i'm back to add some cookery tips.

when making beans on toast for the kids use a pizza cutter to chop it up into squares for them. They'll thank you for it.

add tomato fiito and cheese and chorizzo as if you where making your favourite pizza
Put in the oven and bake for about 10/15 mins

I tried a variation on your puffy pizza the other night, very loosely based on your recipe:

puff pastry base, passata, tuna, red onion, goats cheese marinated in olive oil

    it was luuuuuuuursh
