I want to work in America but have no job lined up

      Hi guys,

I am looking for a complete life change and would like to work in America, I have no specific length of time in mind or any job lined up!

I know it is not the best of starts but does anyone know where I can begin to get the ball rolling?

      Thanks in advance.

Hi Shavesy, welcome to the forum.

Two websites that might get you started thinking about what you need to do:

What would make life a lot easier is if you have a UK employer that can do an overseas transfer?

Do you have a particular part of the States in mind?

i would also like to move to the USA, i am 22 years old, recently broke up with my partner of 3 and a half years and have no family in the U.K. I am german, but have lived in the U.K for around 10 years. My father was in the army.

i really would appreciate any help i can get, i am just looking to make a fresh start, and really put my all into it!

workamerica is on a distinguished road
If you want to work in America you must first get a work visa like an H-1B. There is a great site where you can quickly find out if you qualify for the most popular working visa to America today, at http://www.work-in-america.com.

      Good luck
