    UK Law as an Expat

I have recently had a stroke and my Employer removed me from my overseas location - My Layer is concerned that the contract states it is in accordance with the law of that country. My Employer is a major UK employer. Does anyone know if they are still governed by UK employment law as they say they have no duty of cre for me now that they have forced me to return? Or does anyone know a good employment lawyer with expat experience?

The Falkland Islands. But I wish to prove the point that they do not have the right to remove me from employment, especially without consultation with me and no understanding of my Stroke. They made assumptions and removed my family and myself 3 weeks following my return from Hospital.

That is absolutely terrible, I would be going to the newspapers with it.
