Thread: Great opportunity for anyone coming to Oz

I am new to this forum, and I have lived in Australia for nearly 5 years
Due to personal reasons we have property for sale here
I know how hard it is for newcomers to Australia, and how hard it is to get on your feet and buy property
The mainland is so expensive, so heres where I can help
We have bought land in Northern Tas, 10 minutes from the airport, and we have built a beautiful 2 bed home, there is planning permission to build a further 3 x 2 bed homes. All infastructure, drains etc are done, so it is now a matter of building the 3 more homes
There is huge potential to earn a vast amount of money from this and I would love to give the opportunity to a newcomer to get them on thier feet. It would take roughly 3 months to complete , and as there is a 2 bed home, which is a good size, already there, someone could live in the house and finsh the build. All planning has been passed
We have a fab builder who would do everything for you, so there is no need to have any experience, but if you are a Tradie, then its a great opportunity as well
We have a great Real Estate agent, who will get top dollar for the properties
Everything is in place
Even if you has not considered Tas, its worth coming here to complete this , and then it would give you enough money to go off to the mainland, and be very financially secure, and beleive me I know from experience how hard that is

The other option is , you wouldent even need to be here, as the builder and Real estate agent would do everything for you,,,just another option really. The exsisting home could be rented out immediatly, so as there is an income coming in
