    It makes a mockery of these boom times we hear about, unless you are in the mining industry most households certainly arent booming.

    shouldnt be seen as being anti Australian (which it undoubtedly will) but it is to put things into perspective. The 2 speed economy we keep hearing about is very obvious,
    those in the booming mining sector are doing very well, those in the other 2/3rds of the economy are finding things tougher.
