Thread: Squatters Rights?

Does anyone know the law on squatters? I just read an article where a guy has just got a $300k house for a mere $16. It seems ridiculous, although I don't think I would complain.

It's the same for land, if you maintain a section of land for ex amount of years does it automatically become yours, hey that would be great for us as we have a rainforest behind lol x

Well we have acres and acres of rainforest at the side and behind the house, do you think I could claim squatters rights on it lol x
