I've been so indoctrinated by things i've read about the UK regarding kids being stuck indoors getting obease on xboxes that i was amazed at the events going on everywhere i look.
For example, here's whats going on in my area.

so much more too... like farmers markets (loads of 'em), modern sports centers, loads of parks..
TBH i don't think it was always this good.

Another observation: I was dropping the new washing machine off in the house yesterday and saw loads of people piling out of the train station! where had they all been all day? surely not WORK!! and what about all these builders vans i'm seeing driving about!

I just don't like the fact that it is still so warm. Nothing worse than a hot, rainy day.

    Don't be an emo.

If someone gives you razor blades, put them in a baseball bat. - my life philosophy.

mine's if someone gives you razor blades - have a shave. All that razor blade and baseball stuff is far too scary for me.

I was led to believe that kids are only able to go outside without their thermals on 3 days a year and that's when it's a leap year. It's funny what people will tell themselves. :)

Having lived in the UK for quite a few years I do wonder what makes people make these absurd statements, insecurity, making themselves feel better ? I don't know. It's the same as kids will be healthier in Australia or they will magically have a better future (disregarding the near 20% youth unemployment rate) or that teenagers are more polite in Australia :)
