There is nothing wrong with national pride, I'm all for it and have seen it from the Brits on many occasions but that is why I said the 'over the top flag waving'. Beating your chest about anything and everything is just too much.

I definitely won't miss having to mow the lawn every 3 days when we have some rain then sun. I really need to get myself a ride on mower

Wow every 3 days, we do ours once a month, that's when there is some to do as it's so hot it's usually all burnt

Ours goes mad, sometimes it is like painting the Harbour Bridge, I get to one end and the other has started growing already.

Have you booked your flights yet chris? You said you were coming back to Blighty any time now, your flights must be booked, or are you getting cold feet, don't let me and peacock put you HOFF with our stories about the uk economy, afterall it's only our honest opinions and in reality .......... its far worse than what we are letting it on to be.

Let us know when your flying back, we will get the flags out.

Its just banter yummy, we go back years, he has a few digs at me and i try to ignore it, but its like a mozzie pestering you and eventually you have to deal with it, if you look back you will see its me who is attacked a number of times before i eventually reply, i like to think i have the moral high ground on this.
