Thread: British Firefighter - Gary Mann - Released from jail

After being extradited to Portugal in 2010 for his alleged role in a riot there during the Euro 2004 football tournament Gary Mann who was moved back to the UK to finish his sentence, has now been released from jail. I'm not sure the story behind it but it seems quite harsh for a father of 6 to be locked up for so long.

It was a bit of a strange one this he was fast tracked through the courts after being arrested (a little like whats happening in the UK with the rioters) a British policeman who attended the trial says it was a farce.
