Everyone in the UK is to be issued with a big red nose and a tickling stick, its happend the country is run by nutters

I think this is a good thing,..When people are happier the country will benefit,...a happy worker is a productive worker,...protecting parks and green spaces, and reducing pressure on children and families.This would have a positive effect on general moral,....

I totally agree, seems like a great idea to me.

Absolutely, even though it only involved a tiny minority I do see it as a good thing.

Unfortunately that is how it normally pans out, a few ruin or for many.

Over 30,000 took to the streets to riot and loot and that to me seems quite a lot.

This crackpot idea of trying to kid the down trodden people in the uk to be happy won't work, no pay rises, high unemployment, raising the retirement age and the rising cost of living is most parts the reason why alot of folk are unhappy, plus .............. the crap weather doesn't help, we all know when the sunshines, most of us feel better, i have only heard one person say they don't like nice weather.

30,000 out of a population of approx.........62,000,000.........too many I concede but the majority need to be considered ....the minority have had too much publicity and consideration.....let's concentrate on how to improve the lives of those who have done no wrong
