Thread: Hello and happy new year from a newbee

My name is Sarah and on the 16th January I shall be moving to Munich.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and saw in the New Year with friends and family around you.

I am looking into how I can access British TV while in Munich. I have found a site called 'My Expat Network'. They offer different packages with access via VPN connection. I was wondering if everyone has come across this site and if they have any experiences, good or bad.

Can any one recommend any other solutions?

A colleague at work has mentioned about getting a slingbox but this might work out costly.

Hope you had a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Munich was not my personal choice. Work offered me an opportunity to work abroad and I decided to take it, it is for a year but could be longer. I have spent some weekends in Munich and it looks a nice place to live and work. A couple of people from work are also there so at least I will know someone out there.

How long have you been in Australia?
