Thread: Hi all

Hello everyone i'm paul.I own a 2 bed duplex beach side of the N332 in Cabo roig Costa Blanca,communal pool etc.Had it for 8 years.Its very lovely but since the kids have grown up & not interested in holidaying with us any more(teenagers)& because our work commitments have changed.we know its vertually impossible to sell at the moment we are looking at what options are available (long term let maybe)any advice very welcome and most appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum Paul, sorry to here you can't sell your property but it's the same where-ever you go Paul. People will knock you down to your bear minimum
if your gullible enough so watch out unless your really desperate to sell.
If you can hang on till 2010 you may just sell it for a much better price than
at present.

Thanks for your advice.We do let it at the moment for holidays but we only let it to people that use our shop (florists)we should make more of an effort really but we work 7 days a week & dont always feel like sending booking forms information sheets confirmations keys return of security deposits etc but I should because it is a waste it just sitting there.New years resolution coming up

Your not alone Paul. I own a luxury apt in Turkey which i bought in 2005
and it has sat empty now for 3yrs. We find hotels with full board are cheaper
when we go out of season, but it's mainly an investment so i shall hang onto
it for another few years yet.
