Oh dear how unfortunate, thank goodness he recovered in time to enjoy most of the trip and i can see why you would feel embarrassed with alarms going off.

Well, Lee can work in several diffferent places in Asia but right now he is needed here in Saigon at least till March and then we will review the situation. We had thought about Thailand but ive gone off that at the minute and am thinking maybe Malaysia to Penang or Langkawi but we will see come the next few months

I know they are right to take precautions, but it was the way they did it - when I went to leave the ship once I was released ,all alarms sounded and warning buzzers shouting ' passenger in isolation' - talk about embarrassing!
That over with we went to Bankgkok to Pattaya Beach then to the stops in Vietnam before ending up in Hong Kong. I would heartily recommend it and we met some wonderful people.

Do you plan on staying in Vietnam or does your work take you to other countries?

I have a two day stop over in Singapore in January, staying at the park hotel or is it park royal in Kitchener road, Little India.
IS there anything I need to know please?

I keep on meaning to ask what exactly does Lee do, or is that I have asked, you have told me and I have forgotten yet again !!

Wish I could do some sort of work abroad, just for a couple of years in the sun is all.

we were only there for two days, but if you dont do anything else , you MUST go to Raffles to the long bar with all the peanut shells everywhere and have a gin sling - very expensive but it has to be done!
