Would you believe the office was closed!! We're assuming they took an extra day holiday after the long weekend as it just went to answer phone all day long. Tony is going to try again today, so fingers crossed he gets through!

We certainly do - thanks for crossing your fingers for us! Still no luck with getting through on the phone so sending an email instead. I tell you, if I didn't have my blog and writing for various people I would probably have gone nuts long ago - lol

I know what you mean, sometimes I just post away on the forums to keep me sane, although I think my posts drive everyone else mad

Haha - sorry. I wrote it a couple of months ago and I wasn't really having contact with you guys at that time. It took ages to get onto the website as obviously being The Telegraph they are very busy.
