Thread: New members looking for friends and work

Hi this is Steve and Jenny, we are from England, we are looking to make friends as we would like to move to Costa Del Sol on a semi permenant basis. We would be looking for work while we are out there for possibly 6 to 8 months of the year. Steve is multi skilled into building maintinence and can cook aswell, I myself would be looking for part time work. Is there anyone there who could offer us advice please

Its very difficult to find work especially in the building trade. Spanish people do not buy from english supplier or employ english worker as a common practice. If you are skill in the web sale than it is possible to set up at low cost web selling network. Please do not be dis-heart with my advice. You should go to spain, rent a place for a short period and find for your self whats what before taking final step. Best of luck. Regards. shaukat

Thank you for your advice,we do appreciate any feed back and will take what you say on board. We do intend to come to Spain for at least a month to have a look about,we don't mind bar work etc. until something else comes along. We are so fed up with this country at the moment, weather wise it is awful. Thank you once again Regards Jenny and Steve
