    hI i AM NEW TO SITE WE ARE SHORTLY MOVING TO SPAIN WHERE WE HAVE A HOUSE WE HAVE NIE NUMBERS BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD WE NEED tARJETA DE RESIDENTE COMMUNITARIO CARDS CAN ANYONE ADVISE US PLEASE
