Wellington has great pubs and lifestyle, almost like the UK. Depends on your work really, Auckland is in the top ten places to live for a reason so go and have a look.

      Are you setting in now?

My OH and I had thought about trying for NZ...we did the online point-score thingy and our dream isn't lost completely..but I wish you all good luck in YOUR move! Have you been to any of the NZ job fairs which are held in the UK from time to time I wonder? Could be worth looking out for the next one...March 2011 I think it is.

Anyhoo, here's a link which may be of use; Opportunities New Zealand Expo

I have family and friends who live in NZ. Some are in Hastings and some in or near Tauranga - and they love the whole lifestyle down there and the weather of course!

Good to see you back here! :) Thought you'd gone and got lost somewhere or something. How've you been?
Any new news on moving out of the UK, or are you enjoying the snow too much? I haven't seen a word from the armchairdetective for a week.. think he must have hibernated for the winter ;)
