More weather in Ontario Dec 5

Today is a beautiful sunny day, blue sky , -7 degrees ( not bad so far ), but there is a 25 - 37 km per hr, wind with gusts to 50 km per hr which gives us a wind chill of -15 .So when I went out this morning without hat or gloves, it was 'fresh '. I have known much worse. Once, when I lived in northern Alberta, the temp. was only -29, a dry cold, which does not feel as bad as it might sound ,but with the wind chill it felt like -90., which was wicked. My car , a 1958 Austin, got me to work , but unfortunately , after standing all day could not get me back home, until the next day. This was in the mid 60's.

Tomorrow, the wind an 'Alberta Clipper' is supposed to bring us colder temps and snow. With the right attitude this can be invigorating, but as I get older I would rather be inside looking out. When younger , I enjoyed, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Enjoy what you have when you can.
