Anyone want to live in Florida ?

We are an English couple with a successful transportbusiness and a very nice four bedroom home with a 32’ swimming pool, mid- waybetween the Disney resorts and the Gulf of Mexico beaches . We have been herefor a number of years but we now have three new grandchildren and would like tolive nearer the UK. We will be looking to sell our business and home within thenext three years. It is a long process applying for a visa but we know and willguide any purchaser through the process. Any purchaser will need approx$400-$500K (dollars) to cover all costs and a deposit for a mortgage. Thisfigure cannot be accurate at this stage. Can I ask why you are selling? I don't know anything about the business visa do you need to earn ex amount of income each year?

We have 3 very young unexpected grandchildren and my wife feels she wants to be nearer the uk so she can visit more often. The visa we have is an E2 which is a business purchase visa. It has to show that you are trading profitably and you are required to employ americans. When we bought this business it had 3 employees, we now have 12, this is a very good business and will have no problem qualifying for a visa.
