Thread: 5 cents , 5 pence or 5 pesatas , would you pick it up

If you notice 5 cents or 5 pence on the floor would you pick it up? I think it would tell people so much about you if you answered and told the truth . I will always pick it up ,if im with my children i will say "hey money on the floor ,pick it up and put it away " , it helps to make children not to take money for granted ...............i know from 1st hand experience in some Cities like Liverpool the young teens and 20 odd yr olds throw loose change on the floor or in the pee troughs in the pubs , what a waste of money so to speak....! Are you too proud to pick up ? do you care what others think ? would you be too embarrassed...? do you back track and get it later ?

I would pick it up or get the kids too, although I rarely see money on the ground these days, probably due to plastic money

5 cents, it would take me an hour to bend down and pick it up, so I probably wouldn't unless it was $10 upwards

It would take you an hour to pick it up? I would pick it up also only if its head for luck, otherwise I'll turn it over for others luck!

......I'd pick it up.......I have a little plastic bag I put the grotty ones in....!
.......give it a wash when I get home and it goes in the pot.....
