In that case i can give you an honest opinion. The picture looks like a school portacabin (sorry) but you can do better than that! no character at all.

Mate.. its is very very nice.. the looks are decieving.. I look for the potential not the final product.. thats the aim of the game IMHO.

I bought a house last year that went untouch and just couldn't sell.. spent $10k on it and then sold it a few weeks ago and made $30k.. if you can see through the work the potential is huge..

Then there always the Cost Del Crime ;-) What could I get there for this price?

and you get 50 grand change.
or this Villa for sale in Ctra. De Ronda, Benahavis - 600.000 EUR

how about this for a bargain! Villa for sale in Guadalmina Alta, San Pedro de Alcantara - 595.000 EUR very nice urbanization within walking distance to beach

Some of them are very nice, but not really my cuppa tea.. went to the costa once... but thats anoter story... and where do I play with my tractor... speaking of which who knows what to do with a whle friggin olive grove????????? Do I pickem, squeeze or just play with em???

not sure it is a long way off. I think I want to travel the world. I would like to try America for a few years but do not know how to get a visa this is why I chose Cyprus.
