Thread: Facebook Bullying

I'm not very good with FB so hopefully someone can help me.
Someone it seem with a vendetta against me has set up a FB account using my name on here with the suffix Winkerchops (edited) and is sending be friend requests.
Has anyone else been in this situation and how did you deal with it?

I would just report it to Facebook and see what they can do.

Is said harasser someone you know? If so may be best to try to resolve the situation yourself? Otherwise report to FB.

I have a good idea and have reported and blocked the person. TBH i would care but when he is trying to ad my friends its not fair on them.

Yet again my stalker has set up another facebook page pretending to be me (he must really want to be me). So if anyone gets any friend requests from "Mark Fishycock" please ignore or report him. He is also posting cruel and malicious lies about my relationship with a female member of pio and lies about the ownership of this site. If anyone has any idea who this stalker is please let me know.

Do they not realise that they are p155ing everyone else off by pretending to be you, if they have issues why not talk to you direct instead of getting lots of innocent people involved :realmad::realmad: I must admit that when I received it I was 99% sure it wasn't you.
I know who it is and am disgusted that they are dragging others in to their games.

On the presumption that they'll read this, for gods sake, grow up and leave me/the forum out of it, it's nothing to do with me.

TBH some of the comments on this paticular profile were very below the belt,, when you involve others it stops being funny. This account could have had terrible consequences on 2 familys,,and when it could affect the kids then i feel its just sick and whoever is doing this needs to take a good long look at themselves before the Karma bus hits and rips there family apart.

I haven't looked at the page or the profile or anything else. I'd strongly advise everyone to ignore whatever is going on there, and for the person affected to turn it over to facebook and let them handle it.
Honestly, making a deal out of something like this will just encourage whoever's doing it to carry on.
I'll remind anyone that is interested, if any of our members are found responsible for doing this kind of nonsense, then they'll face a permanent ban from this forum.
