I'm sorry you are having such problems, a friends daughter had the same problem as you. It was reported to facebook but for some reason they kept banning and blocking the fake accounts, its taken some time and a lot of hassle to sort out but fingers crossed its been nipped in the bud, hope you get sorted soon:)
